The original freezer ice pack is able to be secured with a slot in the insulated cooler. Makes a huge difference to keep the cans really cold instead of having only loose ice. (worth the extra few $ you are paying for this cooler that has the fitted ice pack) When purchasing a vintage item, I like to consider the quality of the item that has made it survive all the years of use and still remain in good condition. This item is it. I am only selling because I rarely go fishing any longer and it has become small for a family, but this little cooler was companion during my bachelor years. I would also add value to the white handler which is rare if you are a made in the USA or vintage " aficionado " . Most common of its kind have the purple handler . You can add only 3 cans in one side and still have plenty of space to place other items such as a lunch or fruits and will not take away from the cold temperature of the cans because it does not touch it. Makes a huge difference. As you can see on the pictures, The long skinny cans fits only side way. The item does not come with the drink cans on the pictures.
